The live demonstration shows how professional audio capture, broadcast-quality video, and MediaScribe's live captioning and real-time translation combine into a single accessibility workflow purpose-built for the realities of city council, school board, and county commission meetings.

The demonstration responds to a problem most local government media operators recognize immediately. One or two staff members, with or without AV backgrounds, are responsible for the entire production workflow of their public meetings. ADA Title II requirements and interpreter shortages are creating demand for scalable accessibility solutions that reduce operator burden and reliance on specialized staff.

At booth C9582, visitors can test out a setup designed for a single operator, with no specialized training, to run a fully accessible session.
